For US customers it is USPS with tracking confirmation. Also available are Fedex, UPS. For international customers, that depends from each vendor's shipping policy.

Do You Ship Internationally?

ACM sellers ships to most destinations around the world via UPS. USPS, FedEx, DHL and from every country local post service. When entering your address details in the shopping cart please ensure you select the correct country from the drop down menu.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Shipping time depend from your timezone and third party services. Domestic shipping takes between 2-7 business days. International shipping takes between 7-15 business days, in case of customs clearance involvement you should add 2-3 more days.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Most sellers ship within 24 hours. You have to contact them from chat or message board within this timeframe. After 24 hours that option is not available anymore because you coins are already handled from the a third party shipping company.

How Do I Track My Order?

After you create an account, you can track all your orders in purchase history. Each order comes with tracking.

How Can I Return a Product?

Guaranty and Return Privilege. All items are guaranteed genuine from sellers. Coins or artifacts that are deemed not authentic from third parties (NGC, ANACS, PCGS ICG) automatically have forced returned from ACM Policy that override personal Seller's Policy.
